– Own the Responsibility of the overall product & involvement in all phases of SDLC
– Encourage and evaluation of robust Open source systems
– Use projects best practices and coding standards
– Prepare and help team to prepare the design; should have a very good understanding of the project architecture
– Coding and unit testing including JUnits
– Working experience with Web services SOAP, Rest, XSD/XML
– Improving application performance, optimization for loading times
– Good understanding in handling of Transactions in J2EE applications
